Student Assessment
Getting started on the “right foot” has never been more important. Our student assessment program will help determine the best course of action for you or your student. Assessment begins with a student questionnaire prior to students spending two to three hours with Danielle on the phone/video conference to help determine the best path to help meet each student’s goals.
Test Preparation Services
There are two major components to college admissions: one is a student’s GPA, the second is the college entrance exam score. We can help you improve your scores whether your goal is to get 500′s, 600′s, 700′s or 800′s. We have over a decade of experience preparing high school students for the SAT, ACT and SAT II Subject Tests.
SAT Test Preparation and Tutoring
Today, the SAT and ACT are the two major college entrance exams. Understanding how the test is designed is something many students overlook when preparing to take the test. Knowing how the test is scored and using a few simple techniques can raise a student’s score over 100 points very easily. Let’s not forget that preparing for each of the SAT test sections (math, critical reading, and writing) is crucial to scoring well. Our time-tested system can help all students improve their scores and give them more confidence when they take the SAT.

ACT Test Preparation and Tutoring
The ACT test is gaining in popularity every year and for many students is a better choice of entrance exam tests. The ACT, like the SAT, has a specific scoring methodology; understanding this along with other ACT strategies can make a difference of two to three points without any other preparation. As with the SAT, studying for the different sections of the ACT (English, Math, Reading, Science and an optional Essay section) can pay big dividends at the end of the day. Our ACT preparation system covers all of these areas, giving students the opportunity to score well on test day.

SAT II/Subject Test Preparation and Tutoring
Some colleges “highly recommend” or require students to take two to three SAT II/Subject Tests in specific high school subjects (Literature, Math, US/World History, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and various languages), in addition to the SAT or ACT test. Strategies vary from subject to subject and we aid each student in test selection and preparation.
